Metrology

Before starting a full production we make sure the part respects the technical requirements of the project. This is the reason our metrology and quality department carefully checks every production, reporting any correction needed to the other departments. 

With different ruby sizes avaliable (from 5 mm to 1 mm), we are able to measure every material with a 0.001 cm accuracy.

When specified, we can also provide a dimensional report to the client before production begins.
